Our story
Built on Seventh Street, for businesses built by hand.

Why this practice exists
Most small business owners are excellent at their craft and under-served by the advice available to them. The big firms aren't interested in a six-person shop, and the free advice online is written for someone else's business.
Small Business Management Consulting was built to close that gap. From an office on 7th Street in Brooklyn, we sit down with owners and work through the unglamorous things that decide whether a business lasts: what you charge, what it costs you, who you're really for, and what you'll do in the next ninety days.
Clients describe the work the same way: they leave knowing their value, their expertise, and their next move. That's the whole job.

How we work
Three commitments.
Plain talk
No jargon, no 60-slide decks. You'll always know what we think and why.
Owner-first
Advice is shaped around your life and risk tolerance, not a textbook growth curve.
Accountable
We stay in the room until the plan is running, not just written.
